Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. The policy is 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
You can only return an item if it is unused and is in the same condition as the day you received it. It must also still be in the original package.
